Q: How long will you take to respond to an enquiry?
A: We aim to respond to all enquires within 1 business day - If it is urgent please call us.

Q: I have locked my keys in the car! Are you able to help?
A: Yes, we can help - Please contact us. 

Q: Is there a call out fee for your mobile service?
A. Yes there is, our standard call out fee is $79 to most northern suburbs in Sydney. Please see our service map

Q: I have lost the only key I have! Are you able to help?
A. Yes we can help - Please contact us. 

Q: Do you accept credit card and bank cards?
A. Yes all our mobile workshops are equipped with EFTPOS terminals. Please note American Express will incur a 1.6% fee 

Q: How long does the key producing take?
A. On most makes the whole process will not take us longer than an hour.

Q: My car model or make is not listed on your website, help!
A. Please contact us, we specialize in those makes but we are not limited to those listed.

Q: Does your product have any warranty upon purchase?
A. Our spare keys come with a 12 month warranty.

Q: What is the quality of your keys and components?
A. We apply cutting edge technology to duplicate and produce first rate keys/components catered to your requirements.

Q: I can see your company is based in Sydney, are you able to provide your services in rural and/or interstate areas?

A: No. we require access to your car to be able to help  

Q: I'm looking to purchase multiple keys without having to buy them individually, are you able to provide discount on bulk orders?
